1. License

Purchased releases and subscription downloads are licensed for internal use by the purchasing organization. You may load the data into your own systems and derive products for internal use, but you may not resell, sublicense or redistribute the files or a substantially similar database.

2. API use

API keys are confidential and tied to your account. You are responsible for all usage made with your key. We may throttle or suspend keys used abusively or in violation of these terms.

3. Data sources and accuracy

The database is compiled from public U.S. government and industry registries (Census Bureau, USPS, NANPA) and the IANA time zone boundary dataset. Data is provided "as is", without warranty of accuracy or fitness for a particular purpose. Line type reflects the carrier of record for a numbering block and does not reflect individual number porting.

4. Compliance information

Calling-window outputs are informational and are not legal advice. You remain solely responsible for compliance with the TCPA, the Telemarketing Sales Rule, state law and any applicable do-not-call requirements.

5. Billing

One-time purchases are charged at checkout. Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled. Metered API usage is billed monthly in arrears. Payments are processed by Stripe.

6. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
